Egoisme has something new for the ladies, and it’s all about Satin and Silk. It made me feel like vacation for some reason. Do you love to travel? I love to fly in real life because I like to get to my next destination quick. Some argue driving is nice because of the view, but I say the world looks prettier from above.

By the way,  I was in New York this morning, and Egoisme’s strapless top and Satin and Silk pants were the perfect date outfit. The tight mesh pants show off girly curves, and you are able to wear them with high heels or flats because there are two versions.

Fifty-five linden Friday often crosses over into Sunday, at least in my case. Regardless, weekends are made for shopping, and if you’re on a budget, it’s time to be resourceful and take advantage of all the sales. For example, LIV Glam has a nice variety of pieces available for Fi*Friday. The K Collection’s Juliet is a sultry little ensemble, and it’s only (you guessed it) 55L.

Egoisme’s new sundresses are so elegant. They’re available in a variety of colors and prints too. I love gray and pink combos, so I’m wearing Flower Cart Gray and Pink. Gray can be a moody color, but that’s ok because I’m a moody person. If you’re a moody girl like me, you know that our mood swings can confuse our significant others. We can be cold one moment…

Prism Designs adds color to our Second Life! Their newest mini dress Diane is sweet yet sexy. I’m wearing it in Pink on White, but there are other colors too. You don’t have to pair it with leggings like I did, but I figured since I was jumping around in my picture, I better make sure I keep my dignity 😉

So wear Diane as a top or a mini dress. It also comes matching flats!

I don’t know why, but I really like wearing flats in SL. I can’t wear them in RL (because most ten year olds are taller than me) so I enjoy flats and sneakers in SL. You can wear the flats on there own or have a super cute look in a flash.

The weekend goes by way too fast. However, Monday doesn’t have to be blah because Acid Lily Designer’s Showcase offers us a new collection, from talented designers all across the grid, at the beginning of every week.  Leri Miles Design brings vibrant colors and fun prints to this week’s showcase. I like that we can mix and match the tops and skirts. We can go with one shade or use contrasting colors. There’s many colors to choose from, so you can mix up your favorite shades.

By the way, my pose is from Zodiac! I was going to wait to go to Zodiac, because I’m a Sagittarius, but that’s awfully stubborn of me. Since most astrologists claim Taurus signs are stubborn, I figured that was a sign 😉

Have you gone to to see this week’s Acid Lily showcase? This week’s collection will be taken away, and a new one will take its place on Monday, so better get moving if you’d like to grab something. Speaking of grab…Co*Motion’s Pose Set Better Off Red is something worth getting if you love to play with shadows and fairy tale settings.

The pose set has a variety of poses to chose from and it’s two characters. I chose to just go traditional Little Red Riding Hood and that big bad wolf.

The prop has a light projector, so depending on your windlight setting, you can go dark and spooky or lighter fairy tale fun. I used the recommended Phototools No Light setting, so the projector is noticeable. This particular pose comes with the basket of goodies and light, or you can use your own props. Wonder what’s in my basket? I have a feeling there’s some sort of meat product due to the  growling behind me…

Ooh, it’s  got me! Actually, the werewolf avi, along with other types, comes in our default SL inventory. It’s a mean sucker!

Have you gone to LIV Glam lately? Samantha Jones has been hard at work creating intricate textures for her designs. While I love pops of color, I also like to dress in neutrals. Blacks, whites, and grays have a timeless elegance. However, Sunshine’s ensemble Lea Print Dress and Jacket allows you to change the print of the dress if you still like that pop of color.
