My husband realized the true extent of my online confessions. I’m so glad I post disclaimers lol. I don’t keep a keep a typical journal, and whenever I blog, I like to envision the fashion as stories, so most of my posts reveal my moods. Although, not today. I snapped these shots last week. I was totally on the edge, so my hubby was a combination of weary agitation.

Sascha’s Designs Wildrose is a recent release. I think you’ll find the gloves are a fun touch because you change the position of the hands with a HUD.

Sometimes, I can’t handle the change in seasons. Even though it’s almost summer like in Vegas all the time, my body can sense summer is fading into fall. Speaking of fading, Designer Showcase’s August round ends tomorrow.

I’ve been wearing the same old eyes since I found the perfect shade of blue, but I was pleasantly surprised to find I really liked Dulce Secret’s collection of mesh eyes. I can wear two colors at once! Many of you have probably gone that route or discovered the fun of mesh eyes.

Husbands can be so bossy. The subtle types are the worst…or the best depending on one’s perspective. So, clearly it’s necessary to punish them with sweetness and kindness later. At least my husband because I’m usually moody. He would know something was totally wrong if I was super sweet for absolutely no reason at all. 😉

The Trivialities of Bad Blood: Is Butter a Carb?

It’s almost back to school! That means everyone suffers. Parents, children, working adults, and traffic. Don’t get me started on the average teenager’s level of suffering once school starts. I don’t know about you, but oh those days were tough! At the same time, elementary school was tough too. I’m actually Facebook friends with my former 1st-grade friend. She turned a whole gang of girls against me because I went to another classmate’s sleepover. There’s some scars there. Now, as for the classmate that threw the slumber party? She’s actually a Facebook friend too, but I totally adore her. We remained best friends through High School and still communicate, albeit through FB. No bad blood there.

I think I’m getting used to Las Vegas summers because at 102 degrees F, it’s a fine day for sitting by the pool. It’s much too hot when it’s over 110. Those days require sitting in the pool!

Don’t let the sun go down on me

I’m so dramatic. Actually, I’m in a great mood! I don’t have many real life tattoos, okay I have four small tatts. The largest is one line of Latin between my shoulder blades. It’s been so long since I’ve seen it, so I can’t remember exactly how it is written, but it’s roughly translated into in darkness, there is light.

Ladies who lunch and wear white after Labor Day

While the LBD is timeless, it can get a little boring, so I love to wear white after Labor Day. Again, I’ve always lived in dry and hot climates so I don’t have to worry about really cold weather. Although I think a snowy white coat would be gorgeous! Ah well, I’ll have to stick to my winter going out staple: the LWD.
