My husband realized the true extent of my online confessions. I’m so glad I post disclaimers lol. I don’t keep a keep a typical journal, and whenever I blog, I like to envision the fashion as stories, so most of my posts reveal my moods. Although, not today. I snapped these shots last week. I was totally on the edge, so my hubby was a combination of weary agitation.

Sascha Frangilli knows romance, so I thought her gown Issy was particularly symbolic for today’s post. It’s my 18th-day wedding anniversary! No, I don’t go that far, but real life marriage rocks! My husband and I had been friends before we dated, and I don’t know if that makes the difference, but it does imply my former relationships’ foundations were rocky.
In fact, I imagine many of our former friends believed we wouldn’t last because quite a few probably thought I was crazy. But hey, when a boyfriend thrives on chaos, it’s best to just play along. It’s nice to know those days are over.
My new husband thrives on love, teamwork, friendship, and laughter. It doesn’t get any better, so I’ve officially retired my “crazy” card. This post may read as sickeningly sweet, but that’s only because it is sickeningly sweet. 😉

You know how some people say “in a New York minute?” I would never make it. Lately, I run on two speeds and that’s slow and stop. Case in point, Sascha’s New York ensemble is new, but not as new as it was since I got it. The mesh jacket comes in two version: one has a fur collar and the other does not. Also, New York has a nice set of system pants to go with it, but I paired the jacket with another one of Sascha’s pieces (Iggy pants) because I love their textures together.
