Certain clothes can bring out the animal in us! Especially when they have animal prints;) Yeah not my most clever statement lol, but Chandelle added the cutest dress to Acid Lily’s recent showcase collection. The giraffe print is really well done, and the texture itself looks so soft and has a subtle fuzzy feel. It’s available for a promo price of 70L or under and has an amazing fit.

Whoa! Poulet Koenkamp really knows how to make 16000 people very happy! Poulet created a gorgeous gown with an exclusive color for her group members. Such a way to celebrate! It’s such a rich tone and I love the rose embellishments on the lacy shrug.

Taste the Rainbow

I felt like having fun with colors today. PatchWork Heart has a sassy lil dress over at Acid Lily. It comes with the sparkly heels, but sorry…have to get your own rainbow 😉 The Sparkle dress comes in purple too, but again…needed a little color in my life 😀

I was playing with this picture at work and used Picasa to add some color to my originally plain white background. It’s actually a really cool program to play around in. I think I’ll do more experimenting with it when I feel like getting a bit more arty. I thought PatchWork Heart’s Sparkles dress needed more than just a plain ole background. Acid Lily will be bringing in brand new collection soon, so make a trip and pick up a Rainbow.

Summer Loving

Acid Lily have brand new collections for their showcase, and Liv Glam offers a super cute mesh floral mini dress. It’s a complete outfit, so that means matching heels and jewelry. Perfect for a quick summer look.

The shoes have a color change hud so you can find a good match for your skin. I really don’t like messing around with shoe huds (but honestly who does?), but it’s just the way it is in SL, so I love it when they are nice and simple.

Sun Always Shines in SL

Actually…depending where you are, it may still be as hot as ever! Tin Roof has a pair of shorts and a strapless blouse at Acid Lily, a hot place to shop if you love cute clothes 70L and under, called Strapless Sunshine and Summer Plum Shorts. The colors are gorgeous! This little ensemble made me feel warm and toasty inside and colorfully vibrant on the outside. I love to wear shorts, and the texture on Summer Plum is so crisp and neat while Strapless Sunshine absolutely brightens anyone’s day. Won’t be long before Acid Lily changes its collection, so hop on down to pick up this Tin Roof goodie.

Let me start off by mentioning I am American…actually, I probably brought that up before lol, but it leads me to my next point. Each country has their fashion icons, and Jackie Onasiss was one of ours. irrefutably stylish and chic, she continues to be timeless in our fashion history. While the name may be completely coincidental, Poulet Koenkamp’s Vintage Fair 2012 dress Jackie is seriously everything I would imagine that fashion era to be. Absolutely love it.

Vintage Fair 2012

One of my favorite movies is Moulin Rouge, so when I opened Liv Glam’s newest design for Vintage Fair, it immediately reminded me of Satine. However, it’s not the silhouette, nor the design itself, but the emotion behind the creation. It’s so sleek and I love mermaid skirts. They are just so chic to me. Like most of Liv Glam’s designs, this gown also comes with a color change hud. I was in a red Moulin Rouge mood so I chose to wear it in red 😉 This look and many others will be available at Vintage Fair, so start gathering up your lindens.

I don’t really dress in formal wear often (here or in rl), so I love it when designers have cute casual clothes to run around in. This cute little ensemble is part of Liv-Glam’s Vintage Chique Collection, and what I love the most about it..is yes it’s jeans and cute top…but mostly it’s loads of jeans and cute top thanks to the color hud. Realistically speaking I could leave this on my avi and just change the colors and accessories and have a new outfit to run around in. Love that!

The jeans have the cutest back pockets too! The jeans and tops go along with each other so blouse matches the back pockets…so cute!
