I’ve been acclimated to Las Vegas weather, so it’s really hard for me to think of September as the start of fall. Although, I’ve noticed I feel a little chilly when it’s 70 degrees. Maybe it’s peer pressure? Anyway, I appreciate JUMO’s contribution to this month’s Designer Showcase event. It’s a good amount of coverage, albeit, sheer coverage.
The thing about JUMO is the selection of colors and patterns. I’m only wearing one variety. There’s plenty more. Want to see? Click here for your lift to Designer Showcase.
It’s time for catharsis. Although I should treat my home to a massive and literal spring cleaning, my mind and soul take precedence. Because in order for the literal spring cleaning to work, the actual laborer has to feel like he or she is in the mood.
In this instance, the laborer is me because it’s my journal, but surely I’m not alone? If I’m not, wash all the angst away.
There may be remnants of psychological ew tomorrow, but every cleanse needs a second day. Trust me. I do this every season. It doesn’t last all year, but it might for you!
Thankfully, shopping is timeless. Designer Showcase is a monthly fashion event that features exclusive designs by all types of designers across the grid. If you love short skirts, sweaters, stockings and boots, Entice’s Sweater Girl and Shoes may be a perfect fit. Try on the demo at Designer Showcase. Click herefor your lift to Designer Showcase.
So I’m reading clips from the first presidential debate, and it’s scary. Typically, I vote Democrat, but I am not opposed to voting outside of my selected party. Considering I’m not well versed in politics, I’m not trying to start a fight, but oh my gosh…if one was going strictly by that debate, America only has one reasonable choice, and that’s the scary part.
When I first heard of Donald Trump’s plans to run for president, I told my hubby we had to get ready to vote for either Hilary Clinton or Trump in the end. Seriously, lol, I thought there was a secret campaign in that there was no campaign. Instead, Trump would be a hot mess, and there was no other choice but to vote Clinton, but the government was in on it. I know social media is a mainstay, so I can appreciate candidates using it as a platform, but damn, can you imagine if Trump was president and one of his Twitter wars led to World War III? Okay, that probably wouldn’t happen lol, but who knows anymore. =:-O
