Tuesdays are my days off, so I spent the day at the doctor’s office. Actually, I spent roughly 1 hour and 10 minutes at the doctor’s office. I’ve been in Vegas for 11 months now, and I was about to run out of my prescriptions. Apparently, I’m not easy to be around if I don’t have Prozac in my system, and I was starting to mildly freak out. For those of you who aren’t familiar with Prozac, it really isn’t a ‘fun’ drug. If I want to have fun, I slam some wine. If I want to be normal, I pop Prozac. I hope I don’t pass that on one day. While I was there, the doctor asked me if anything else I wanted to bring up. My family is still in Albuquerque, so I’m a frequent flier now. My pup flies with me because he’s my emotional support and I couldn’t leave him alone (clearly, I’m also confused as to who needs who more). Now, he is my official emotional support pups as I have a letter to prove it. Don’t worry…I won’t abuse that. I do love having him around and he does calm me down. Really, all animals are awesome.
Now that I got that off my chest, who’s ready for Halloween?

In honor of SL11B, johannes1977 reveals the Tribute City-Black Eagle Rock Club always moves and never stops. While the events are done, all of the sims are open for your viewing pleasure, so check out what may be Second Life’s future. At dusk, the tall, moving buildings have an ethereal glow.
In crisp daylight, the build offers a magnetic background for pictures. Really, it was almost mesmerizing to watch the buildings rotate.
If you need a little relaxation, I highly recommend you visit it. The sims close on July 5th, so you have plenty of time!

Now, taking the perfect selfie is not rocket science, but I always say go high! Camera angle high that is.
When you have your camera above your head, it slims the face. Or, perhaps my real life face is too round. At any rate, the angle works for me.

Although I can be moody, I’m actually an optimist. If something doesn’t go my way, I think it’s meant to be or a sign from above. I feel so Zen today. I spent some time at Baja Norte. Have you gone yet? If you’re a beach lover, you’ll love it. It’s absolutely gorgeous. Whenever I blog, I like to explore new places. It’s honestly the only time I leave my teeny parcel.
I wanted something beachy to go along with PurpleMoon Creations‘ newest dress Leia. It’s the type of dress that you can dress up or down, which I can appreciate because I tend to veer more towards the casual side of life.
Have you ever dodged someone you don’t want to talk to? It’s relatively easy to mute someone in SL, but sometimes there is more than a WiFi (fleeting) connection and one develops a friendship type of relationship, so real life numbers and emails are exchanged…you know the drill. I haven’t spent much time inworld, and sometimes I do have the time, but I don’t have the desire to chat. My real friends know this and leave me alone with my nerdy blogging ways, but some, in particular, try and make me feel bad.
Don’t. Please? Lol. Okay, drama over! However, I really do mean it. That time has passed.

Liv Glam’s fashion is quirky fun that has a definite personality. I fell in love with the I’ve Never Been to Me Sweater! It reminds me of my rl pups. He’s a reindeer chihuahua, and I read somewhere (may have been Wikipedia, but I still believe the article) that foxes are in the reindeer chihuahua family. It makes sense to me!
