I’m in Las Vegas, so I can practically wear summer wear 9 months out of the year. Something else about Vegas? Silly games are non-stop. Summer is ending and in spite of the wicked heat in Las Vegas, I can’t help but feel a tad sorrowful. Pretty soon, the nights will come sooner, there will be a chill in the air, but no snow, and there won’t be a need for a heavy jacket, but it’s also too cold to wear cardigans. I’m back in my hometown Albuquerque visiting my fam, and I already miss my place! When visiting home, I usually stay with my parents, unless my husband and my other Chihuahua come along. My solo trips are almost always a great time, but with great times come suppression.

If you listen to what I’ve been listening to, your thoughts regarding the song may be vastly different than mine. Perhaps it’s a song you never heard before. Or, it’s a song you’ve memorized because it’s a stark juxtaposition between existence and experience.I can't escape the ghost of you This song is my mother song’s to me because she always thinks of me when she hears it. Fittingly, Freya’s camo pattern and self-destructive accessories by AnaSTyle fit the mood. At least it does for me. While I don’t feel as lost as I once did, my memories haunt me.
