It’s too late for a work night, so this means I have already had a bad start to my Friday morning if I internalize the past 45 minutes.

The future can be scary. Sometimes I psych myself out and think more about work than I’m paid for.  Don’t get me started on what I think about life about on a daily basis because I cannot define self-inflicted silliness.
