Happy Fourth of July! Since my boyfriend is working tonight, I took this holiday literally, and I spent quality time with me.

I’ve had a lot on my mind lately, so I put all of my negative emotions to the side and thought about life from a new perspective.

Often, when I am moody, I’m thinking of what I did wrong. I hardly ever think about what I did right.

I’ve probably said this a million times, but sometimes our minds are dangerous territories, and as many therapists have claimed, we should not travel alone. However, it isn’t so bad when we can see the positive lurking in the corners or staring right at us.
