Trying to understand the bigger picture is harder than it seems. In the past, I got so focused, I could only see what was in front of me, so I missed what I needed to see.

Okay, I also ignored what I needed to see too lol. The mind can be so convenient at times.

Right now, my mind is on top of it because I am getting better at seeing the whole picture.

And right now, I understand that I was pretty much an idiot when I was younger, so I can’t blame my young employees for making the same mistakes I did. I wish I could save them.

But such is life eh?
